Miguel Tejada fielded the ball cleanly, but Pablo Sandoval couldn't scoop his errant throw, as the Tigers loaded the bases.

 

The Giants struck first as Aubrey Huff crossed the plate on Brandon Crawford's fourth-inning groundout.
